How much does delivery cost?
We provide Worldwide Free shipping!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 2-5 business days . You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
Shipping times are 12-20 business days however some countries may take longer due to customs.
All orders are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.
I put in the wrong address! What should I do?

i haven't received my order ?
Please contact us email@example.com and we will certainly help you. Please note we will not be responsible for items undelivered due to an incorrect address or any lost or stolen items.
What about Customs fees, import taxes, etc?
Any taxes, duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.
Can i change or cancel my order?
We cannot change or cancel any order once they have been placed.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
We accept return for store credit or refund for defective or damaged items.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different style or color, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your package has arrived unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will also be responsible for shipping cost .Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved we will send you your store credit to use for your next purchase or refund to your original payment method.
